The block polyurethane rubber made from polytetrahydrofuran with an average molecular weight of 1000 can be used as tire, drive belt, washer, coating, artificial leather, film, etc. The prepared block polyether polyester is thermoplastic elastomer. Polytetrahydrofuran with an average molecular weight of 2000 can be used to prepare polyurethane elastic fibers
